My story is identical to several others that have been posted just in the last few weeks. Basically I heard about this company through a notification service on my credit bureau account. I've never heard of them, they've never sent me anything. Called the company and ended up with more questions than answers. Customer service representative told me that they would not respond to any letters or faxes I write them, and would not remove the item from my credit bureau. I told her that I would have to seek relief from a court in that instance and was told ""That's fine. You're not going to be suing me personally, so I don't care.""
