This is the only way we will ever be relieved from this company. They are clearly not validating debts, or sending written notice of collection to the customers. Carrie, the ""customer service person"" told me that they sent a notice to my mailed address on Nov. 21 of 2007, however, my credit report shows that it was entered there in 11/2007. By law, the consumer is entitled to reasonable notice, and an opportunity to pay. Notwithstanding the fact that I did not get any notice from them, they certainly did not comply with the FDCPA if they entered collections contemporaneous with sending the notice.
Pros: This company may go down soon
