We entered the store and were greeted in a very friendly manner by the owner. He showed us several Riccar vacuum cleaners that were hands-down better than anything we had seen in previous shopping. These vacs are made in Missouri USA!! Well made and did a great job! We now have a Riccar Brilliance for the same price the big box store sells their ""D"" brand...the Brilliance is soooo much better made and cleans better than any vacuum we've ever seen or owned. Riccar has a 5 year warranty and two free tune-ups - awesome! We DEFINITELY recommend Heber's only professional vacuum cleaner dealer!
