I have had M&M Appliances fix my stove (great job) and just today my washing machine. Martin, the owner makes a lot of the service calls and is knowledgeable about the various kinds of makes and models of appliances. What I appreciate most about him - is his honesty. He just tells you like it is. No salesmanship or other hype. And with other repair men I have had a mess in my house and many times have a rude attitude. Every guy I have met that works with Martin has the same friendly, open demeanor. The price is always the same or lower than other bids I have gotten too. And the 2nd most thing I appreciate -is that they are on time! I had a very small window of time open today and he got here just when he said he would and left 15 minutes earlier then I thought he would ! What a change from the regular - we'll be there sometime between 9 am and 2 pm!! I definitely plan on using them again.
Pros: On Time, Honest Opinions, Gets the Job Done
