I live on the Naval Air station at Belle Chasse. I am a computer and electronic technician with over 17 years of experience with computers and home networks. I have had broadband service wherever I have lived since 1999 which to date includes: San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Pascagoula, MS just to name a few. I can honestly say this is the WORST ISP I have EVER dealt with! There has not been an issue free month that I can remember since I've had them. They are billed as the ONLY choice here on base. I don't know what ""Good Ol' boy"" hook up they received but, their service is shoddy, their customer support is inept, their ""technicians"" are unprofessional, lazy, and on occasion downright rude. I pay for a 7 meg connection that is rarely above 5 and is most of the time 3 meg with 2-10 percent packet loss.When i call their support ,that is when I CAN call as I am stuck with their VOIP, within an hour the internet is back to 7 meg, but within 30 or so minutes of that, it's back to muck again. This is typical of their service . ATT just became available and not a moment too soon. CMA can KMA.
