Review content:
Don't ask for too much! Subway's are not all the same. This one may be clean and nice looking, but don't ask for too many veggies of one kind or you may be disappointed or even arrested.
Corporate says that there are to be no additional charges for extra veggies. This Subway owner only permits a certain amount of veggies on a sandwich before the employees are required to charge you extra. If you like a particular item in quantity like hot peppers, or onions, or olives on your sandwich test this out and see what happens. Apparently due to federal price fixing laws corporate can not do much to change his ways even if he is violating his franchise agreement.
Only we who like Subway can change the owner's ways by challenging his this policy when you go in. If you get the same treatment I got, please be sure to complain to corporate and add a Yelp review. I know this sounds ludicrous and it probably is a bit, but help your fellow Subway devotees by taking his franchise to task.
By the way, watch out if you refuse to pay for a sandwich that is not made to your liking and you don't want to take it. If you are lucky, they will just call the police on you for ""stealing,"" but you also might have a someone threaten to hurt you too. My family is boycotting until we know they will make a sandwich the way they are supposed to.
Big Y makes a good sandwich if you are in a pinch and they understand customer service a whole lot better.
