Review content:
I've been telling anyone who will listen about Galileo's for years. Not only is it the best Mexican food in Bellville, which in itself says a lot, it's the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Their menu has the staple Mexican food entr?es with of few of their own special dishes in the mix. The queso is bar none. It's legit queso, not bright orange melted cheese with rotel. I also recommend the spinach enchiladas, tortilla soup, California burrito, flautas, and the Bellville Dinner. Anything you order though will be fantastic though, no doubt.
They just opened a separate location off 359 right outside of Brookshire. I ate lunch there a few weeks ago. It was equally good as the Bellville location, with the added perk of free ice cream.
