Review content:
For a neighborhood restaurant, the food and ambience are great - but they have some weird attitude about children - which is not something I expected in a neighborhood place. Our kids, and our friends kids (if I do say so myself) are great restaurant kids - they like eating out, they behave, they don't throw fits or silverware. But the owner here (and it trickles down to the waitstaff) does everything in his power to discourage kids. It's a shame - I'd spend a lot more time and money (as would our friends) here if we could bring the kids and feel comfortable.
