Chadwell Animal Hospital is a truly FANTASTIC place to bring your pets! My husband and I took our Golden Retriever to a different hospital in the area, and they charged us for every bit of information that they gave us without asking us first! Chadwell only charges you for things that you know about and their staff is wonderful. Their front desk staff/ technicians know our dog and are so friendly to her (and we've only been there twice). I really feel like the entire staff cares about our animals as they do their own. I asked Doctor Malick several questions about our dog and she listened to my questions carefully and was happy to respond. At other places, I've felt like the doctor is annoyed by my wasting their time with questions. Doctor Malick was so friendly to my puppy and so helpful when answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being a bother to her at all. When I was paying our bill in the waiting room, a different doctor came out and was sitting on the floor petting my dog. I was amazed that this doctor, who was probably quite busy took the time to sit on the floor and greet my dog. Many hospitals have a good doctor, or a good front desk staff, but this hospital has it all. The entire staff is the best I've ever seen. I HIGHLY recommend Chadwell Animal Hospital!
