We LOVE this vet clinic! Our first experience, more than three years ago, to the clinic was by referral to see Dr. Lauren Chattigre for alternative treatment options for our senior cat. Dr. Chattigre was GREAT - providing advice, empathy and treatments that gave our special ""Maxi-Max"" non-evasive care that extended our time with him. She always focused on his quality of life and never suggested procedures and/or treatments that were not in line with our objectives, both for his comfort and our budget. My husband and I agree that if faced with another tough diagnosis we would consult with Dr. Chattigre.
We never intended to leave our original vet clinic for regular care, but we were so impressed by Dr. Ortner, Dr. Lawson and the staff at Cascade. We noticed a big difference between the corporate owned clinic we were at vs. the decisions and management style Dr. Ortner has being independently owned. We quickly decided to change and make Cascade Summit our only choice for the care of our two dogs and now new kitty. EVERY person there knows us and our four legged family members. They are so good that we drive from SW Portland to West Linn to see this special clinic.
