Review content:
Mr. Arthur verbally represented that his estimate was for pressure treated fence, as we stipulated. Then he installed an inferior product which might last for a year or two. After weeks of trying to reach him, he refused to correct the problem. Our fault for not making him re-write his estimate, but who knew he couldn't be trusted? This is the guy who gives contractors a bad name.
Cons: Company uses inferior materials.
