First of all the POS was sprung on us at closing.
Escrowed 4750. This was to make repairs.
We get there, and then find out the repairs have to be made using other funds, you can't touch the escrow funds to make repairs.
So I called and asked agent Cheryl Smith the best way to go about getting to my funds as quckly as possible. The answer she gave me was dead wrong. As if she was working for someone else. So I wasted the remainder of my repair money following her ""expertise"", and because she had no idea what she was talking about, I still have no escrow funds. AND IT;S MY MONEY!!!!!!!
Don't ever deal with this company if you can avoid it.
Don't ever deal wtih this agent especially.Cheryl SMith
