Review content:
Hands down, Roman and the instructors at Inner Strength guide students through the best Yoga class to be had in Boston. It's been several years since I attempted a posture, however, I attended my first class on Monday and have been back 4 out of the past 5 days this week. Roman obviously has been influenced by various Hatha styles, Ashtanga, Iyengar, etc. and brings a high degree of pragmatic, focused intensity and positive energy to the class room. Exertion levels are high, but the rewards are great and benefits are immediately apparent. I've had back pain for months and after three days of class, it's gone. I've practiced Yoga at various schools and ashrams, including an intensive teacher's training course. This is the real thing and will be a refreshing break from ""gym"" Yoga for those just getting into a practice. It is apparent to me that Roman and others at Inner Strength practice a yoga life-style and teach in a compassionate and caring manner, consequently, I have not felt burdened by anyone's ego there to date. If you don't finish your first class wanting to return the very next day, I'll be surprised.
Pros: Parking, level of staff experience, authenticity
Cons: Absolutely none whatsoever
