Review content:
I've been going to Inner Strength for about a year now, mostly because it's very convenient for me. Many of the teachers are wonderful but others are more style less substance. I've often felt like I'm in some wierd version of boot camp yoga. And I agree with the comments regarding egos - I've occasionally referred to the owner as the Used Car Salesman of Yoga. Pros: Convenient location and times, parking, two studios Cons: Drill Seargent Egos and Mentality
