Inner Strength is one of the best yoga studios around. I look forward to each and every one of my classes. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The studios (there are 2) are aesthetically pleasing, clean and spacious. The classes are challenging, never the exact same and you always walk out feeling like a million bucks. They are worth every penny! The cat is great, too! She's just another warm and friendly face that greets you as you walk in the door (plus her hair is hypo-allergenic). I highly endorse Inner Strength!
