After my ordeal with the Netmaster company when I had another computer problem down the road I took it to Technical Difficulties and was very pleased. The staff was extremely helpfull telling me exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix these problems. The price to fix it was extremely reasonable and the very next day I recieved a call that my computer was allready fixed and available to be picked up at any time. I expected there to be some crazy hidden charges when I went to pick up my computer but there was none at all.
