I have had Pho at probably 20 or more Pho places in the Dallas area, every one of them fall WAY short of Pho Pasteur. I have to go here for food at least once a week, but I usually go more often. Everyone I have taken has loved it, even those that say they don?t care for Pho. I can?t recommend it enough. If you have never had a sandwich at one of these places, or have had one at other places and didn?t care for it, I recommend you try one here. I like the one with grilled pork the best. Both of the specials on the menu are unreal and for the actual Pho, check out the #17. Their broth is also the best I have had. Visit this place often and enjoy!
