Germain Nissan is really bad and avoid them if at all possible. They quote exteremely high prices. My car (Nissan Maxima) was fully serviced at 65,000 miles. WIthin thousand miles, the engine check light came off. When I equired, the service rep was not convincing. They don't tak responsibility for their service. They change too much for diagnostics. Also, they charge too much for services. Beware of them .... They seems to have too much overhead and they try to charge you for all their inefficiencies. I would recommend Buckeye Nissan or Nissan North. They are seems to be reasonable. I also own Honda, and I have experienced that Honda stand behind their product. Any time when a sensors or computer goes down in my Honda,Honda replaces it at the manufacturer's expense, where as Nissan charges its customers. For diagnostic, they charged me 126 dollars and for replacing Rear oxygen sensor, they quoted $626. When I did a research, the after market product costs around only $65.70 .I would guess the OEM would definitely cost more, but $626 definitely very very high. Now I'm thinking of getting rid of my Nissan. Within 70,000 miles, the alternator failed, AC is not working and rear oxygen sensor failed. Anyway, please beware of Germain Nissan and do proper reserach before considering them. Overall, I would recommend Honda better than Nissan based on my experience with these two car manufactures and car dealers. Pros: Good looking dealer shop in premium location. Cons: Worst customer service and Nissan products are not reliable.
