Terrible customer service and resident retention. More concerned about the sale rather than the level of customer satisfaction after the fact. Lived in these apts for almost three years. The office staff was rude to me on MULTIPLE occasions especially when I decided to leave. The pool is TINY and the 'workout room' had the same broken down equipment (never repaired) the entire time I lived here. The 60 day notice to vacate is also quite ridiculous. I ended up paying an extra month of utilities which were quite expensive considering that there allegedly wasn't anyone living in my empty apt. Pros: place to live Cons: poor customer service, rude office staff
