My grandfather died and my grandmother did not want to deal with this, I had never had to do something like before and Bonnie was very understanding and patient with me, we actually were able to draw up a couple of stones for me to take to my grandmother to look at and decide which one she would like. I would highly reccommend Battone Memorials to anyone that is in need of a service like this one.
