We took our son & daughter-in-law and granddaughter out for a birthday dinner, as they were in town,visiting from out of State. Our daughter-in-law is quite a large person and the waitress was extremely rude and dismissive of her. First, she took everyone's order EXCEPT hers, and when called back she sighed heavily and grudgingly took her order. When the food was delivered, our daughter-in-law received the wrong order and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct order, which was then only partially delivered. She had ordered some fresh buttered rolls which were not delivered. When we finally got the waitresses attention and requested the missing item, they were delivered almost 10 minutes later AND instead of giving them to our daughter-in-law who ordered them, the waitress handed them to our granddaughter and told her to enjoy!!! It was obvious the waitress had a bias against heavy people, and her work ""ethic"" was totally unprofessional, demeaning and spiteful. We left her NO tip. We have gone to Grandma's in years past and enjoyed the experience. Grandma's needs to seriously train or retrain its wait-staff, because they are ruining the dining experience for its customers.
