I bought a snoway plow from rotellas. It did not work correctly( the remote would not work) When I brought it in for service they refused to believe me until I proved it did not work. I was treated rudely and with no respect. I had to have it in for service 3 times within 3 weeks of purchase the season it was bought. The next year, still under warranty, the plow had to come in for service 4 times because it would fail in the field, then I had to go through tons of headaches getting it to rotellas(they will not come to you even if plow is stuck down.) Each time I went without the product for days. One repair they did which was under warranty was done with Duct tape. After the 4th time they refused to service it until they heard from Snoway because they were sick of dealing with this customer. Snoway said they were in constant contact with them, but they still left my truck in the lot for 4 days, ignoring the issues. Then they took the plow off my truck and returned the truck to me with a broken door handle, and without the snow deflector I had put on at my own expense. To top it off, after they took it back, I got an email saying not to hold my breath for the refund. I have evidence of all these statements, including some video on youtube under snoway noway. These people will not respect a customer after purchase, and left me so concerned about my safety, I had to have someone else go in to deal with them at the end. Have fun dealing with these people if you choose to purchase or get anything serviced there. They also blattantly lied to the better business bureau and said they included the snow deflector in my refund. They did not. This behavior is really astounding. Make your own choice Syracuse.
