Review content:
I was just informed of this site and I wanted to share my experience with everyone! My daughter only 19 saved her money to buy me a necklace with my initals engraved on it. With the help of the sales clerk she picked one out and gave them all her saved money for my gift ( 90.00). It did not arrive before Christmas last year; However when it did arrive you couldnt even see the engraving. My daughter was very hurt and upset. She and I went back into this little store and the sales clerk whom claimed to be owner/ manager, which was even worse, was very rude. She said she would not give my daughter back the money, nor would she send the necklace back to be done over. She stated my daughter should have seen that the engraving would not show up, however she was the one helping my teenager and took the order and the full amount of money. She told me she had lost too much money sending things like this back, however she continues to sell them in the store. She ask us to leave and had some man in the store call the Mauldin Cops. All we wanted was the necklace made RIGHT or my daughters money back. I was asked not to enter the store again. My daughter was young and didnt know NOT to shop at LITTLE Indiv. owned stores like this one. Even the Mauldin Cop agreed he couldnt see the engraving . However, I took it to the Haywood Mall and The store beside Ruby Tuesday's Fixed it without any charge after they heard what had happened. I work with the public everyday, and I will continue to tell my story. If I can keep one person from losing their money in this store and they can keep one person from losing money , and so on, then thats all I can do. Basically this lady sold a product to a 19yr old ,took all her savings, that she had saved to buy her mom a special gift and then wouldnt make the product good or make the customer satisfied. SAVE your TIME and MONEY go to a well est. store that makes the customer number one, and stands behind their products.
