Review content:
The complex is being ran into the ground. It advertises as a gated property, but the gates don't work for weeks at a time. Fencing around the property is falling down and they do not repair. Paint is peeling, grounds are falling apart, laundry rooms are not maintained (when machine breaks you never get your money back at $1.75 a load to wash). The rents do nothing but go up and up and their reasoning is because the property is not making any money. The garage rents increased at the same time they will not fix the electricity in the garages. The small recreation room used to be at no additional cost, now they charge to use that as well. I'm not sure why the new owner went with Prime Asset Management, but they are turning the property into a ""slumlord"" situation. Sad used to be a great place with fabulous managers. Now you never see the manager just get notes placed on your doors to inform you that yet again the rent is increasing. When you do see her she is rude and nasty. Used to be a nice quiet small complex, now not so much. Guess they are looking to turn it into another Escondido Ghetto property.
