After having a topical anestheia applied by a receptionist a laser treatment was painfully administered by a business partner who had practiced on his wife a week earlier in anticipation of doing mine. I found this out after it was done. I was promised results, there were none other than pain. when I went back I was told of course I would not be charged, and given a few botox treatments over the next several months. I was also sold two syringes of juviderm . When admining them I specifically stated I was not concerned with the area to the side of my nose, just corners of mouth and lips, a half of a syringe was still plunged into the area (I was numb) and that area broke out and stayed broken out for 8 months.Sound pretty? It was!. Dr Brian actually did a good job with the botox and lip work, and I still had almost a full vial of juvederm left. After my third botox and when it was time to get the rest of my juvederm I wa told they wanted more money. I asked for an accounting and when I got it was shocked to see lazer charges. TI said we agreed I was not to be charged for this treatment, I was told that hey were going to credit me for some of the laser but ""someone has to pay for it, the machine was used"" I was also told that ""It wasn't their fault if -after the laser treatment- the skin peeled off and was the same underneath."" Here's the problem, #1 no skin peeled, the treatment was not done correctly, and # 2. I work in dermatology, the skin is never the same after a properly applied laser treatment. You can literally not see the difference on the before and after photos. So much so that they are now saying they dont have after photos (you can clearly see the clothing difference). I said if that's how they were going to be they could just give me the rest of my juviderm ( that was paid for) and I'd be on my way , but NO, they now said that it had expired. EXPIRED?!? You told me when you sold me two -and I only needed part of one -they didn't expire? What is up with that? ""I never said that "" I was given. I said why was I not notified that it was GOING to expire, I would have come in earlier? ""I dont know, listen, It's just gone "" was the response I got .I asked ""why did you sell me two when I needed only one , if they expire"" ? I dont know, was his reply,....In short, I will be turning them into the ama and every other venue I can find for their illegal practices, and suing them for their immoral ones. Run, dont walk from this location.
