Businiess name:  Fargo Cattle Co Steakhouse

Review content:
Very poor quality for the price. Fargo Steakhouse is going to leave you with a bad taste in your mouth or a bad attitude. Service is below par - untrained wait staff will treat you like you are at the Waffle House. Menu selections look great but don't be deceived. Salad bar is usually OK but lettuce is typically a bit wilty and not very fresh. Bread is good and usually hot (one of the few good things). The entrees...this is sad...are almost always overcooked. It doesn't matter if you get steak, chicken, ribs, etc. it will always seem like it was cooked an hour ago and then left to stay warm in a too hot oven and cooked itself dry. Every time. Also, the beef cuts are never quite what you expect from the descriptions - always thinner and lots more gristle than you might expect for the price. I would say they are overpriced by 30% - a $15 entree that should be $11. It adds up. Desserts aren't worth discussing - stop over at Food Lion and pick up some Ho-Hos for a better dessert. Pros: sald is usually OK, bread, close to Food Lion so you can get something to take home Cons: sub-par service, overcooked food, overpriced for bad cuts of meat
