Review content:
Our orginal florsit that we had chosen for our daughters wedding reception had broken her foot. Which I had the misfortune in finding out when I went to pick up the mock-up of one of the centerpiece. Her assitant was rude, she told me no one told her about the order and didn't understand what I meant by ""mock-up"". She pulled the order and on the order was written.. May 22nd ..will pick up mock-up. Then her excuse was that she couldn't read the florist hand writting. Normal I a calm person. But at that point I told her to cancel my order. Got to my car and thought OH MY GOD there is just two weeks before the reception !!! What the heck did I just do!!! A couple of days passed and I was scrabbling for ideas. A friend of mine told me about Santee Floral Designs. I called and they immediately put me at ease. Laurie was so kind and understanding and then I spoke with Patti. Both were very accomadating..esp with the time crunch I but them in. They were very attentive, caring and reasuring. I would recommend Santee Floral Designs to anyone. I can't thank them enough.
