Review content:
For people not living in or near city center or along well populated travel corridors, having a place like Goga's in Parker is great in satisfying those cravings that only a good ganoush and a lamb kabob can.
Their baba ganoush is easily the best I've had in years, and maybe the best I've had yet.
The fare is above average, the staff attentive, and there is not a bad bite in the meal. They seem to practice the notion that the first time you come you are a guest, the second, you are family. We went recently to celebrate my wife's birthday and only intended to stay for dinner. 5 or 6 hours later we left and never once were we made to feel like we needed to eat and beat feet.
We went on a Friday and apparently on Friday's and Saturday's they have a belly dancer for some added entertainment value.
I am curious about the recent negative review (did not stop us from going) and wonder if that couple went to a different place than my wife and I since in our three times going here, two take out and one dine in, we have received excellent and attentive service. Could have been an off day or some people (customers) have an axe to grind whatever the reason.
In this day of fast food and chain restaurants staffed with snotty servers, Goga's is a welcome relief both for it's food and service. The Lady and I will be back plenty...
OPA!
Pros: Food, staff, atmosphere
Cons: None that we saw
