""I believe using Roy should be one of the simplest and best decisions you can make regarding your project and I suggest you hire him. Although his bid was not the least expensive, neither was it outrageously more expensive than the other (legitimate) bids. In fact, I believe it was the fairest, most detailed and most accurate bid.
And he was a far better and more reliable contractor than any of the others we talked to. And we spoke to a lot of contractors (dozens?). He did a really superior job, in lots of different ways, in matters large and small, on lots of different levels. And, just as importantly or perhaps even more important, I found him to be exceptionally fair and honest. And I have to admit that, over the course of the project, I learned to sincerely like and respect Roy a LOT. I think everyone did.
My guess is that he may well be the best contractor that I will ever meet or work with in my life. In fact, I think he probably is. ""
