This business is VERY broken.I agree with B-town supporter 98166on Google. I too want fulfill my civic sense of duty by supporting local businesses. First, I want to apologize for the lengthily post but this is just the brief overview. Yes! It was that bad! I first spoke with Rich in late June 2011. I explained to him, I was interested in purchasing used computer that had Windows Publisher on it. However, I didn' want to purchase a problem computer. Rich appeared to understand my needs. Several weeks later I returned and purchased a HP computer with Windows 7 for $249.00. I thought this was a great deal! The computer worked great for about 4 weeks. Then it crashed!
