I was skeptical at first but when the pounds started coming off so quickly I was truly amazed. I have been on the program for 10 weeks now and I have lost 30 pounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose those unwanted pounds. It's takes determination but the results are truly worth it.
