I would highly recommend FIT to anyone who has tried and tried again to lose weight! FIT not only teaches you how to lose weight quickly and safely, it also gives you all the necessary tools and knowledge to keep it off! FIT is not JUST a diet, it's a lifestyle change you will not regret making. The FIT coaches were available to help me whenever I needed it. FIT is medically supervised, so any health concerns you may have are addressed by FIT's doctors...you've got nothing to lose but the weight!
