Easiest weighloss I have EVER had!!
I have lost a little over 50 lbs in 5 months, lowered my blood pressure, went from a size 20 to a size 11-12, and feel better physically and mentally than I have in years; all this while eating MY OWN FOOD! There are no prepackaged foods, you learn to change your way of eating from day1, which to me makes the most sense if you are looking at losing weight. I am still able to eat out with friends, and leave work to go out to lunch in different restaurants everyday- your life doesn't stop, but gaining weight does. I so highly recommend this program to anyone who has battled their weight, it doesn't get easier than this, the pounds melt off!! I too was tired of throwing my money away on diets, this is the best investment I have made in myself and a weightloss program in years. The program and the people that work there are absolutely top notch!
