the training at this place is intense. not only are their workouts awesome, but they actually simulate real life situations that will help prepare you for something bad happening in real life, upon being forced into a situation where you have to defend yourself. i have never personally had to use my training but i am definitely confident that the guys at krav maga houston have prepared me for it if i ever have to!!
