After attending an introductory course and a few regular classes I almost feel sorry for all the people who don't know what to do with themselves when faced with a dangerous situation. I know most people think they know how to handle themselves, but the reality is that most people are in no way prepared for what they may face. Krav Maga is the only training that makes any sense to preprare yourself for a contemporary threat (as opposed to Akido who teaches sword defenses. When was the last time you saw someone attacked by a sword on the evening news?) All that aside, the workouts are amazing. I am now in the best shape of my life, feel more confident, and have more energy and zest. This system can really improve your life. And the quality of the instructors in outstanding. Get over to KMH and start realizing what the lucky ones already know.
