We've been going to Auto Doctors for years. For years, we were extremely happy with them. It's only been within the last two years we've noticed a difference in the service with them. I think it was when Jeff moved out to the south store, the people he had there weren't as knowledgeable as him. I would have given him a "5" five years ago. I just found them to be very easy to work with. It was a relief to find people like that. Probably more recently, I would have given a "2" so it's kind of an average. For awhile, it seemed like we were having to take our car back time after time after time. Also, we were getting little charges we had never gotten before like diagnostic charges. Jeff wasn't at the store, and I don't know if things would have been different if he was there, but we just started losing faith. I felt like, "How much can they take me for?" I haven't had anything major done the last few times I've been in, in the last six months, but Jeff's been there, and I've been happy with the service. I just think Jeff might be supervising a little more. If Jeff is there, I trust them completely.
