Guys, this is a place that you will regret NOT going to!! I have been a ""Foody"" since before being a foody was cool. Let me tell you about My #1 Burger- the White Truffle Pecorino Burger. This burger is a Symphony of flavors with the introductory Allegro being a unique ""hybrid brioche"" type of bun that gets your pallet ready for all of what the perfectly sweet, buttery bun envelopes. Next, the Adagio features the fresh, never frozen burger, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Then you get to my favorite part of a symphony, the Minuet. The sweetness of the fig jam perfectly compliments the bitter, peppery-ness of the arugula and the earthiness of the white truffle oil. As your burger experience comes to a close and the ""food coma"" takes over, you are left in the final movement. The sonata of this Burger Symphony is where you are left to remember all of your favorite flavors and the subtle nuances of taste you've experienced. In conclusion, from a guy who has eaten all over the country, this is my #1 burger!! You have to go down and see the awesome staff at The Big Orange, so you can experience one of their mind-blowing burgers for yourself.
