I've been going to Luba Salon for about 4 years now and would never think of going anywhere else to have my hair done. The first time I went, Luba cut my hair and did a great job. I have rather unruly hair and never had good luck with other stylists. Luba listened to my concerns, suggested some things to me, and we agreed on a new style, which looked great! I have gone back ever since and always have had a great experience. This year Arthur has been taking care of my hair, and he has done a wonderful job too! You cannot go wrong here. Both Luba and Arthur are highly skilled professionals. They really listen to you and do what you want - but also can suggest new looks if you want to experiment. I have never had to ""re-do"" my hair after leaving (which was the case with the other places I've used before, from NYC to London). Luba and Arthur are both warm and friendly and make the whole experience relaxing and fun. If you're unhappy with your current salon, you must try Luba's! If you like your current salon, go to Luba's anyway - you'll love it! And, for NYC, the prices are really reasonable. Go to this salon!
