If you ever have to deal with the unfortunate business of pawning something this is the place to go. I've gone to a few other places in Reno and they've all been the same, full of rude employees who treat you like they're doing you a favor so you should eat the dirt they walk on.
Pacific Pawnbrokers, however, have always been extremely nice. They are friendly, they try to help you as much as they can to get you closer to the amount you need. They're very personable, they don't mistreat anyone who walks through that door whether you're there to buy, sell or pawn. You're always a valued customer regardless of your transaction.
Since I've come upon Pacific Pawnbrokers I will go out of my way just to go there if necessary. I trust them.
I've had previous pawn shops ""lose"" items of mine, talk to me like i should be bowing to their godliness for pawning an item, and even lie to me about details.
At Pacific Pawnbrokers I've never had those experiences again. My items come back usually wrapped up safer than the way I brought them in. All things accounted for in perfect condition. And they've always told me all the information without me needing to jump through hoops. I drive clear across town to go to these guys instead and there's a pawn shop only a couple of blocks from my home.
I would recommend this place to anyone for anything. Its damn good service.
