I was shopping for frameless shower doors for three bathrooms I was having remodeled in my home. I went to A-1 because of their close location to Newport Beach. I was impressed with their selection and displays; however, my experience with the salesman I spoke with was very unpleasant. Since this was my first remodeling experience, I had several questions. The salesman's answers (I wish I had his name!) were condescending and clearly chauvinistic. I felt like I was a bother, was wasting his time, and had no business being there. Needless to say, I purchased my services from another business that treated me with respect and dignity-and ended up being closer to home. I ended up spending close to $10,000 for three custome shower enclosures. i would say it was A-1's loss, but they obviously don't need my business.
