Review content:
We've eaten here several times. Each time we visit, our dining experience is horrible. The last and final time we were there, the service staff was loudly discussing inappropriate subjects at the service station (management included believe it or not). I ordered their 9oz filet and some side dishes which were prepared very nicely, however a friend of mine recieved the wrong dish. We overheard discussions at a table close by and found that they too were having service issues. It took a while to get the servers attention and address the matter. When the server finally arrived, she seemed irritated that we were bothering her. To make a long story short, management did not resolve any of our problems nor did they offer any appologies. It's a shame that bad management and service are taking away from the delightful food. I would not recommend this place.
Pros: good pasta, good steaks, good bar
Cons: BAD service, poorly trained staff, lazy management
