Review content:
Scheduled a remote start install that I purchased through Groupon. They sold quite a few of these packages on groupon and I had to wait over a month to get an appointment. I completely understand that they're busy and I patiently wait the month and a half for my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was 10 minutes late for my morning appointment due to some snow we had gotten overnight. They told me that they sold my package to someone else because I was late....They also said that they didn't have any more in stock. This is a product that I already paid for through Groupon and they sold it to someone else??? I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time on this place and their shady business practice..
