If you're looking for a good bakery in Pasadena don't head to Old Town, head north instead. Patticakes is no longer owned by Patty herself, but the service and food are still good. You must try the Old Fashion chocolate cake, all the tarts are great especially the Tart Tartan, and oh the Raisin Croissant is yummy too. The people are so friendly, it's slightly pricey but the portions are good. This is one hole in the wall I'm glad to share with the rest of L.A.
