Let me just say that HPK is a great property management company and if i owned a bunch of property it would be the one i would pick. The company meets the needs of the tenants and is very understandind. For those of you that rate this company low and wrote things bad,well i would have to say that your not the brightest person to start with cause property management companies operate within the owners guidlines to start with and my guess is you probally either didnt pay your rent on time or your a disrespectful slob yourself and got charged cleaning fees or damaged something and you dont know what respect means.
