Review content:
I am appalled at the conduct from two of Jon Hall Hyundai's staff. I arrived at this dealership on the day before Thanksgiving in hopes to buy a new car before the holidays and trade in my GMC Sierra Denali. WRONG! I was completely disrespected by Jim Jones (salesman) and was yelled at like some rabid dog for no reason. He decided to offer me $4500 under the KBB trade in value on my truck and added $3000 to the sticker price of their new car. Now, I am a former female Marine and I do qualify for USAA pricing, which saves me money at the dealership on a new vehicle. I asked Jim if the amount he gave was his best price and he said we can ""play with the numbers"" What does that mean? Just because I am a woman does not mean that I have no clue on what you are trying to do. I showed him the KBB price on my truck and he said that those numbers are just a ""guideline"" No Jim, that is what my truck is worth for TRADE-IN...then I overheard the sales manager state that they wouldnt not give me what I wanted for my truck because he did not want to lose $$$...wrong move Charlie McHale, you don't say that when the customer is standing right there!! This place is a joke if you want to buy a vehicle, or trade one in. Do not buy from Jon Hall Hyundai in Daytona Beach Fl if you are a single woman. Oh, and one more thing. The slogan for this dealership ""Treating you better. Saving you more"" should actually say, "" Treating you like an airhead. Saving you nothing but a headache.""
