DO NOT use this shop!! I am crossing my fingers that after 3 (count them ladies!) delivery attempts I will get my dress just 2 days before the wedding...NO IDEA what we will do if alterations are needed. I have heard multiple accounts of what happened with shipping, but what really put me over the edge was I was promised after 2 failed delivery attempts that a dress would be shipped on the same day I spoke with the shop - it was shipped out 5 days later. The infuriating thing is they have had the dresses for a MONTH! Only one attendant (out of 3) was notified that her dress had come in (the bride was never called). On a side note - all credit card charges were put through (including shipping), and the shop had the audacity to tell me that it was my responsibility to make sure my dress was picked up (even though I live on the other side of the country and had paid extra for shipping!). I would strongly urge you to stay clear of this shop at all costs...its just not worth the stress during this important time!
