Review content:
I didn't really want to eat here but the kids love pizza (imagine that...kids loving pizza) so I gave in. A typical fast food joint run by a bunch of teenagers. First of all the place was filthy. Everything, I mean everything was covered by a light coat of grease. Too late! Can't break the little ones hearts. The manager took us to our table while most of the staff stood around and looked at us like we were from outerspace. OH OH, somethings wrong! Taking the high road, I'll ignore the stares and feed my family anyway. We sit and pour over the menu. For a few minutes I felt I could relax again. We sat for a while we talked, we looked at the menu again. After 20 minutes I thought, I'm thirsty at least they should've taken our drink order by now. Another few minutes pass by and I notice only 3-4 other tables being occupied. I thought it was strange that we've been here almost 30 minutes and no one has even approached our table. Now I'm thinking, OK we're screwed. I tried to relax and wave the waitress over to us. She acknowledged with the ""wait one minute"" finger in the air. Another 10 minutes passed, now I'm trying to convince my kids we should go someplace else. That's when I noticed a party of 4 being seated. No sooner did they sit before our waitress, the finger waver, goes to the table and takes their drink order. The only thing I could think of is I hope my wife didn't notice. No luck, she blew a gasket right there. The waitress completely ignored her. Wifey was very hard to ignore. It seemed everyone in the place had her attention except our waitress. As we left the manager half-heartedly pleaded his case. It was clear we weren't welcomed. Still shocked, I told him theres no excuse for racism. We were the only non-whites and they refused to serve us. It's a shame this still happens. I never play the race card but this was so blatant it was disgusting. Worst of all my kids had to experience it. I do have to respect that more than them spitting in my food.
Pros: Perfect place to rally after a cross burning session
Cons: No place to hang the white sheets and hood
