I've been waiting for Yankee Tree to come and cut my tree back that is growing over and destroying my roof. I got a qoute back in early May and stressed that I needed this done for insurance purposes and gave them the job. They did tell me it would take a few weeks, early in the season and they were already swamped. Mid-June came, I called to find out what the deal was, why he hadn't at least called to tell whether or not he was still going to do it in the specified time line. He assurred me that I was at the top of the list and would be out at the end of the week, if he couldn't, he would call. It is now the end of June, no phone call and he is still a no show. I DO NOT recommend services from Yankee Tree!
