Beebe Engineering Co. is a locally owned Structural Engineering firm that specializes in Foundations and Septic Design. They also run a soils testing lab. Perk Tests are available with a 3 business day turnaround including dropping the first water in the test holes. FHA Manufactured Home inspections are also available for $200 locally and $250 with travel. Returning customers include Family Home and Hartland/Midwest Home of Pueblo West. Other local builders have returned year after year. Foundation design prices start at $450. Perk tests locally are $175. Full soils tests are $575. Architectural Review and Seal is available with appointment and starts at $150 for residential and $250 for Commercial reviews. This company does a great job and will always work with any special requests that you might have. I highly recommend this company, they did all the structural calculations on my niece's addition to her home and she is thrilled, not only with the work, but with the low cost!!
