Review content:
Tried for a week to get a hold of them with no return of messages left and 2 people trying to call. When we finally got a hold of them they acted like we didn't matter and they didn't care why we were calling. Made it seem like anyone they felt with was just a hassle to them. Receptionist was the only nice person and apologized that no one had returned our call. When we finally got to set up a time to see a property the description led you to believe it was something it was not and the place was a disaster complete with punch mark in wall where current tenant got angry. Person from Fowler showing it just seemed like he was there to open door and didn't take his sunglasses off during the time I was there. Let him know we had scheduled another house to see a bit later and he had no idea what I was talking about even though it was right next door.
Called Fowler directly to ask why the miscommunication in appointment times and guy who had no idea what he was doing and she let me know that they were swamped and had one less person this week. Kind of explains the lack of returned phone call, but not the attitude and the quality of representation once you meet them. When I inquired about rental I was supposed to see, turns out it was listed incorrectly on their site and advertised for less than it was supposed to be going for. That was the last straw, I will never look at anything Fowler lists ever again. What an embarrassment!!!!!
